Dorothy Timian-Palmer is a President/CEO at PICO Holdings Inc and Board Member at PICO Holdings Inc. Greg co-founded ESC in 1995 and currently serves as President, leading the Executive Team and overseeing all functions of the business. Prior to founding ESC, Greg ran a family auto business. While in that role, he recognized that a company that could help businesses with employment administration and human resources would be a valuable addition to the WNY marketplace. Shortly thereafter, he co-founded Employer Services Corporation. Under Greg’s leadership, ESC has grown organically from a start-up business with two employees to an INC Magazine fastest growing company with over fifty employees and is continuing to grow. In addition to appearing on the INC Magazine list 6 times, ESC has been recognized with a number of other awards, including Best Places to Work in WNY, Buffalo Business First’s Fast Track 50, and WNY’s Top Private Employers to name a few. In addition to his role at ESC, Greg is active in the community. He is a Founding Trustee and President of the Charles D. & Mary A. Bauer Family Foundation, which provides philanthropic gifts to organizations focusing on education and the arts. He also sits on the Board of Trustees of University at Buffalo Foundation, currently serving as Chair. Greg’s vision for the business and commitment to WNY serve as guiding principles for ESC.

Carmen founded SDI International Corp. in 1992 with an eye toward leveraging emerging technologies to rationalize business processes and deliver cost savings. Carmen’s daily responsibilities as President/CEO of SDI revolve around the overall coordination of company operations, sales cycles, and customer service efforts. She evaluates new markets for SDI’s service offerings and monitors compliance with contract administration and corporate agreements. With her “Build Globally, but Think Locally” mantra, Carmen continues to fulfill her vision, leading her organization into new markets each year. She is also a board member of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

As Chief Executive Officer, Jennifer Keough oversees all of JND’s business operations, from day-to-day processes to high-level strategy. She is recognized by practitioners on both sides of the aisle as an expert in all facets of class action administration, from notice through distribution. Jennifer has testified on settlement matters in many courts nationally and before the Senate Committee for Indian Affairs. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Jennifer has directly worked on hundreds of high-profile and complex administration engagements, including such landmark matters as the $20 billion Gulf Coast Claims Facility, $10 billion BP Deepwater Horizon Settlement, $3.4 billion Cobell Indian Trust Settlement (the largest U.S. government class action settlement ever), $3.05 billion VisaCheck/MasterMoney Antitrust Settlement, $1 billion Stryker Modular Hip Settlement, $600 million Engle Smokers Trust Fund, $215 million USC Woman’s Health Center Settlement, the Equifax Data Breach Settlement, valued at $1.3 billion, and countless others. Jennifer formed JND with her partners in 2016. A few months later she was appointed by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California as the Independent Claims Administrator (“ICA”) in a complex BP Solar Panel Settlement. Jennifer oversaw the notice and administration, including the inspection, remediation and replacement of solar panels on homes and businesses throughout the United States. Soon after, Jennifer was also chosen to oversee the Loblaw restitution program in Canada in which every adult in the country was eligible to participate. Since then, she has continued to be appointed notice expert in a number of high-profile matters. Prior to forming JND, Jennifer was COO and executive vice president for one of the then largest legal administration firms in the country. Previously, she worked as a class action business analyst at Perkins Coie, responsible for managing complex class action settlements and remediation programs, including the selection, retention and supervision of legal administration firms. In 2017, Jennifer was named a female entrepreneur of the year finalist in the 14th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business. In 2015 and 2017, she was recognized as a “Woman Worth Watching” by Profiles in Diversity Journal. In 2013, she was featured in a CNN article, “What Changes with Women in the Boardroom.” Jennifer is frequently invited to speak on class action issues and has written numerous articles in her areas of expertise. Jennifer earned her B.A., M.S.F. with honors and J.D. from Seattle University.
