Job Title: Eastern Operations General Manager Hydraulics
Supervisory Area: Includes Louisiana Gulf Coast, East Coast and Upriver.
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all hydraulic operations within the assigned region. Key duties include reviewing quotes, monitoring ongoing projects, and managing change orders for each location. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
The **Field Service Manager** provides leadership and manages the overall direction of the Field Service Technician team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We are looking for a leader with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer service focus.
As a **Field Service Manager** you will be responsible for directing, coaching, and developing technicians to create a high-performing team that delivers the best customer service possible. Compensation: $72,600.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

Skills you'll bring for success:
