What You Bring Possess or in the process of completing a recognized personal training certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc) with valid CPR/AED certification. Previous experience as a group fitness instructor or personal fitness trainer is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles. Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals. Proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Energetic, motivated, and goal oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and management.
