Responsibilities Review finished products to ensure that all specifications and contractual requirements have been met and that component accountability is complete. Review special process certifications for compliance to customer requirements. Review final inspection reports of details, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Review and approve Tool Inspection Records, FAI reports, CofC documents, and compile final customer inspection packages. Follow the companies' document control protocols per the Quality Management System. Support manual inspection utilizing micrometers, calipers, etc. to ensure the integrity of the components as needed. Maintain knowledge of customer and industry standards and specifications. Serve as the primary liaison contact and support for customer quality representatives and source inspectors. Stay current and up to date on customer quality clauses and standards which may require online accounts.
