We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at two key facilities. Key Responsibilities
NetSuite / WMS Execution
Use NetSuite WMS daily to manage wave processing, picking, putaway, and bin transfers
Oversee Sales Order wave processing with accurate case picking and labeling
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, adjustments, and transfers
Ensure FEFO rotation is applied consistently to all outbound and staging activities
Manage purchase order receiving, putaway, and staging for work orders
Operations Management
Direct, coach, and schedule warehouse staff across both facilities
Oversee shipping readiness and staging; delegate truck booking as needed
Maintain accountability for warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, dock equipment) including safety and maintenance compliance

Associate's Degree Required, or 3+ years of pharmaceutical experience focusing on Distribution, Packaging, Warehousing, and/or Operations

About the role
The Warehouse Coordinator is focused on monitoring warehouse inventory as well as supervise warehouse staff to ensure that products are stored and shipped out in an accurate, efficient manner. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is required.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee all warehouse operations - shipping, receiving, packaging & replenishment.
Assign team members for daily railcar loading & site sanitation priorities.
Supervise and direct warehouse staff; put worker safety as a top priority
Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products
Confirm proper and timely delivery of products
Perform various inventory counts; order supplies and goods as needed
Supervise all forklift operations in the warehouse.
Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and a clean and tidy workspace is always kept.
Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts; enter relevant data in reports as needed
Ensure that shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders
Assist in the hiring and training process of new warehouse staff
Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products
Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks
Abide by and enforce facility rules and state laws and regulations
Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system
Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization
Discover new trends and innovations in the fields of warehousing and storage programs
About you
Previous experience in a warehouse position
Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate machinery safely according to company protocol
Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Suite and data entry systems
Physical stamina, able to work long hours on one's feet and lift 50+ pounds
Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of theorganization
