Collects and analyzes data related to mailroom performance, analyzes complaints, identifies issues, and elevates them to the Project Manager. Manages the development of performance reports for the program, ensuring that mailroom operations conform to professional standards. Assists the Project Manager in developing and implementing improvement strategies, such as developing and providing training for both general staff and mailroom personnel. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years related experience or equivalent combination of education/experience.
