Minimum 5 years' operations leadership experience in a high-volume warehouse/distribution center environment. Experience with automation/robotic systems is strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of managing performance metrics, labor management, continuous improvement, and safety. Experience working with large teams (100+ employees) across multiple shifts is a plus. Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills; the ability to motivate, coach and develop talent. Analytical mindset: able to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decisions. Lean/Kaizen mindset; comfortable leading change and process improvement. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to react quickly to operational issues, and escalation. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and automated equipment controls. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration; able to interact with operations staff, technology teams, customers and senior leadership.
