As a Warehouse Manager, you will assist with overall warehouse operations including achieving goals in safety, service levels, damage, costs, personnel, and staffing. This position also coordinates warehouse activities between all shifts.

Responsibilities
Summary
This position involves scheduling, overseeing and managing Officers tasked with the transportation and safeguarding of detainees at various locations as directed by the United States Marshals Service (USMS). Additionally, it is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles and equipment utilized under the USMS BPA adhere to standard operating policies and procedures, with regular maintenance conducted in compliance with federal, state, and organizational laws, rules, and regulations. Further, it is responsible for routine monitoring of Officers on transportation missions and hospital guard assignments.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The Transportation Supervisor conducts interviews and provides recommendations for hiring Senior Transportation Officers and Transportation Officers. Ensures all necessary forms are accurate and comprehensive. Trains Officers on policies and procedures related to the transportation of detainees. Provides overall supervision of Officers assigned to their respective USMS Region, ensuring proper scheduling and offering mentorship as needed.
Maintains a roster and assigns Officers to missions upon request of the USMS
Acts as a liaison between GTI and the districts within their designated region
Recommends performance improvement plans when necessary and implements effective disciplinary measures for Officers who fail to adhere to strict policies and procedures regarding the transportation and guarding of detainees. If performance does not improve, recommends additional disciplinary actions, including termination.
Continuously enhances Officers' knowledge and skills by facilitating training sessions and providing relevant materials. Conducts refresher courses in defensive driving and hospital guard techniques to ensure Officers remain informed about current policies and procedures.
The Transportation Supervisor ensures that Officers scheduled hours comply with policy and regulatory constraints. Monitors Officer schedules weekly, making necessary adjustments to align with all federal Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures. Provides retraining and counseling as needed.
Oversees and schedules maintenance services and repairs for all assigned vehicles. Ensure that any defects identified by Officers or inspectors are addressed promptly. Maintains effective recordkeeping and scheduling for vehicle service and inspection dates, managing maintenance costs without compromising safety.
The Transportation Supervisor reports and investigates all accidents involving assigned Officers. Identifies problem areas, provides retraining, counseling, and disciplinary action when necessary. Ensures that all accidents are reviewed by the safety committee to determine their causes and whether they were preventable. Conducts safety meetings on relevant topics and engages regularly with Officers about safety interests and procedures to reinforce commitment to safety. Assists and represents the company in legal matters involving assigned drivers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent certification required. Possession of applicable state requisites for employment.
Three (3) years of continuous law enforcement related experience which includes at least two (2) years as a supervisor.
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

Job Summary
The Tooling Receiver I will be responsible for accurately shipping and receiving materials to and from the warehouse. Must adhere to warehouse safety protocols while working indoor and outside of the facility. Accurately document and communicate shipments and deliveries to ensure project schedules are upheld.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain housekeeping of warehouse to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines
Adhere to all safety requirements when operating and maintaining heavy equipment at facility (indoor and outdoor)
Must verify all visitors/drivers have proper PPE when on shop floor
Prepare tooling shipments based on Bill of Lading (BOL), tooling systems, and communication with managers
Review of BOLs for accuracy of shipment and delivery
Receive BOLs from shipments and ensure they are properly documented in tooling systems
Safely offload tooling and materials from visitors/drivers
Coordinate with management and higher-level Tooling Receivers to stage kits for inspection and move kits and large Conex boxes when complete, where applicable
Communicate with logistic suppliers to verify shipments
Must be able to utilize tooling systems to accurately reflect kit status and supporting data
Prepare standalone extras for shipment, as needed
Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) kits before shipment, as needed
Organize and clear materials from forklift path and other common areas, including outside of facility
Labeling and loading of all Express shipments
Follow standard maintenance protocol to ensure compliance is always met
Complete required, annual safety training
Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

Works with the regional safety officer to coordinate the procedures required for compliance with
OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA, and state and local regulations and Union agreements.
Creates, implements and revises, as needed, standard operational practices.
Responsible for all truck and forklift maintenance
Maintaining all drivers files and maintenance records in accordance with federal/state regulations.
Represents company in response to traffic violations; handles accident reporting for fleet.
Works closely with internal customers to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner
Ensures safety rules are strictly observed & safety training is regularly scheduled, conducted &
documented, correct unsafe practices or conditions without delay, promote safety awareness of
employees and create a mechanism in which the supervisors are actively participating and held
accountable.
Ensures all accidents and/or injuries are reported within 24 hours and properly investigated.
Comply with all Airgas safety rules and company policies.
Leads daily safety meetings.

Job Description
As a Distribution Supervisor at our Moen distribution center, you will guide a team in our fully automated and largest facility. You will service over 1 million customer orders and 5 million lines annually and establish/develop plans that support your team's development, continuous improvement practices, and innovation. You will also manage and develop processes that will ensure customer service, cost management, efficiency, and accuracy.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the functions and personnel of the warehouse to ensure superior customer satisfaction. This includes receiving, putaway, order filling and preparation of all outbound shipments.
Responsibilities
Support programs that foster Associates' safety through meeting OHSA, EPA regulations, and Moen safety goals
Maintain a continuous flow of orders in shipping and receiving by managing Associates' activities
Enforce the Las Vegas Distribution Center personnel policies, procedures, and programs fairly and consistently
Ensure efficient order closeouts
Direct receiving, put away, picking and rewarehousing activities
Ensure compliance with special customer shipping instructions
Ensure proper order staging of outbound shipments and completion of all documentation
Ensure proper training of Associates to perform their duties in accordance with established procedures
Take an active role in providing a leadership example to all Associates in practicing Moen's Operating Philosophy
Provide oral and written communications such as reports, disciplinary action, monthly update charts and graphs
Plan and execute process improvements
Manage distribution operations, including customer shipments, space requirements, inventory management, and facility expenses and staffing levels to ensure compliance with operational budget and alignment with operational levels
Interface with Customer Service, Transportation, Manufacturing Plants, and customers to challenge the status quo
Drive the Moen Operating System (MOS) within the Distribution System in order to ensure continuous improvement and process adherence within all areas of the Distribution Center
Work with the Trainers to ensure proper/timely training of Associates on procedures to perform their job and use equipment properly as well as understand policies and enforce safety and warehouse objectives.
Coach and/or administer discipline when violations occur
Work with Warehouse Coaches and Leads to plan, develop and refine programs to utilize the WMS system and Fortna Carton sorting/labeling systems to the maximum capacity
Direct the maintenance of good housekeeping procedures, safe storage of product in all areas of the warehouse and maintenance of all material handling equipment
Assess and conduct employee performance reviews to maximize Associates' potential
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate's degree is preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 3 years of warehousing experience with 1 year of prior supervisory experience; previous experience in an automated distribution environment is a plus
Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and SAP; experience with Microsoft Access is a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and organize responsibilities
Flexible, self-motivated and willing to actively participate in continuous improvement processes as well as inspire continuous improvement and individual growth
Detail oriented and able to provide clear and concise information to outside organizations
Ability to effectively manage heavy workloads
