Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
Fulfills all event expectations including but not limited to requisitioning during events, post-event break down, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.
Oversee and ensure that appropriate stocking levels are met for each event; rotate and maintain integrity of product.
Ensure proper transfer process of product between locations, including follow-up documentation.
Assists in performing routine maintenance; responsible for concession and utility equipment cleaning and maintenance: portable equipment, burden carriers, carts, floors, refrigeration, and lighting. Ensure manifested equipment is in location.
Evaluate warehouse employee performance. Maintain employee records, written warnings, reviews and other related documents.
Conduct walk through of the commissary, warehouse and storage areas after the completion of the day to ensure all areas are clean.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

**What You Will Do** The Warehouse team under Supply Chain and Logistic group (SCL-2) is seeking an energetic and customer-focused professional to serve as a lead supervisor for the Warehousing team in support of the Associated Laboratory Directorate Weapons Production (ALDWP). The selected candidate will assist the first-line manager in the oversight of a dynamic workforce, managing multi-facet activities to include, but not limited to, ensuring facility milestones are met, utilizing multiple inventory management systems, ensuring items are stored and organized in a manner that will ensure expeditious item retrieval, as well as, ensuring item traceability. Candidate will provide oversight of locating, pulling and staging material for construction and maintenance project related activities, while ensuring material pulled and staged is the correct Management Level (ML) for end use application and complies with applicable codes and standards. In addition to that, it complies with institutional controlled storage procedures, P330-11, 12, and 13. Candidate will provide oversight that all material is controlled compliantly, defined storage levels are met, shelf-life enforcement, accuracy of inventory records, and maintenance or special handling of quality-affecting items.
This position will assist in building a cohesive, high performing team, direct the daily work activity to meet deliverables and supervise the execution of work in alignment with the organizations' goals. PRIMARY FUNCTION

Additional duties include assisting Travel personnel with housing arrangements for arriving workforce personnel, meal card management, and return flight arrangements.

**ROTATIONAL SCHEDULE:** **_This is a year-round position; current rotation is 3 months on and 1 month away from the site_**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Provide on-site shipping and receiving materials and construction equipment.
+ Provide on-site inventory control and management of all SERCO assets.
+ Provide on-site tools management.
+ Provide on-site hazardous material inventory, control and overall management.
+ Provide on-site flammable storage inventory and control of all flammable materials and liquids.

Warehouse supervisor job in Gallup, NM
Under the direction of the Street/Flood Control Superintendent with overall responsibility for crews involved in maintenance and repair of city streets. Assist in the supervision in all personnel i.e. street maintainers equipment operators and other engaged in street maintenance and sealing projects alley reconstruction and new street construction. Inspects automotive and diesel powered equipment for repair and maintenance. Maintain discipline among present work force provided for their training needs and encourages the following of safety rules and regulations. During the absence of the immediate supervisor will take on full responsibilities.
Additional Information
STARTING HOURLY PAY: $20.22 p/h
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* Two (2) years experience and training as an Equipment Operator or Crew Leader in Street Construction and maintenance.
* Five (5) years experience in street construction and maintenance, with (1) one year in a supervisory capacity.
* Valid Driver's License (state of residence). Must meet City's insurability requirements.
* Must be able to obtain Emergency Traffic Control Certification within one (1) year of hire.
