ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Duties/Responsibilities: * Supervise all Warehouse employees to ensure they are performing their assigned duties in an efficient manner. * Require that all steps are followed to prevent the loss of product through pilferage, damage, or aging. * Ensure all warehouse employees abide by company policies and procedures. * Ensure all warehouse employees pay close attention to the code beer dates and the delivery trucks are loaded with the oldest product first. * Check and prevent any discrepancies in daily inventory. * Require every Delivery Driver to be counted out correctly and leave with the proper product. * Ensure every Delivery Driver is checked-in immediately upon his return to the warehouse; this includes the counting of all returned products, empties, pallets, and carts. * Check-in swaps, damage, breakage, and returns. * Ensure all reworked product to brewery standards and is returned to stock prior to the start of the truck loading process. * Require a count of the actual cases of product received against the quantity on the bill of lading. * Rotate product within the warehouse to make sure the oldest product is loaded for delivery first. * Forward to the office in a timely manner all paperwork that pertains to incoming product. * Record on the bill of lading(s) the code dates for all products that are received. * Have all rows tagged with the proper code date information. * Make sure all delivery trucks are swept out and clean and there is no damage to equipment. * Ensure warehouse, grounds and keg/pallet yards are kept clean. * Supervise unloading and loading of common carriers. * Supervise loading of bulk trucks and transport to other companies. * Investigate and report all accidents occurring during shift. * Ensure all cooperage, empties, and pallets are returned to the breweries and the paperwork is completed in a correct and timely manner. * Work closely with Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager regarding payroll and labor laws. * Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of the company. * Maintain open and clear communications with vendors and retailers that conduct business with the company. * Dress and maintain your personal appearance in a professional manner and according to company policy. * Conduct all your activities within the guidelines of all company policies and procedures. * Conduct all your activities in accordance with the local, state, and federal liquor control regulations. * Perform all work activities in accordance with safe work practices, policies, and procedures. * Adapt to any new responsibilities required by the Operations Manager. * Maintain certification for training of warehouse personnel on forklift certification. * Maintain building and premises to OSHA standards. * Attend meetings as requested by Operations Manager or General Manager. * Willingly completes other duties as assigned to meet the strategic and operational and financial objectives of GDH. Supervision * Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains management-level staff in the department. * Oversees the daily workflow of the department. * Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. * Manages discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. * Uses strengths-based supervision so each person supervised comes to know his/her own strengths and weaknesses and uses strengths in day-to-day work. * Ensures that each employee supervised has opportunities for personal and professional growth. * Provides clear expectations for each supervised staff. * Models adherence to GDHs Values and holds staff accountable for knowing and practicing the values. * Completes coaching regularly of supervised staff and annual a performance evaluation on due date. * Provides direct supervision to the Delivery Managers, and other operations staff as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum bachelors degree in business administration, Logistics, Engineering, or another industry-related field required. Industry related Experience can substitute for degree. * At least 10 -years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management required. * Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with transportation management software. Prior use of VIP or similar software package. * Highly organized, detail oriented. * Access to reliable transportation. If driving an automobile while on company business, must possess a valid drivers license in your state of residence and auto insurance. Responsible to perform a variety of specific duties, both within the store and assigned store locations, under the supervision of the Store Manager. General duties include: unloading of merchandise trucks, received DC merchandise inventory control, and preparing all merchandise for display. Maintains cleanliness and order in the warehouse at all times. Performs furniture touch ups and repairs. Ensures timely execution of moving merchandise to the sales floor. Insures inside and outside of building as well as surrounding grounds up keep and cleanliness. Maintains close communication with store managers to insure customer service consistent with W.S. Badcock standards. Responsibilities * Provides control of Store and Customer merchandise. * Secures and maintains the company issued tools. * Maintains cleaning supplies and equipment; notifies management concerning repairs. * Cleans, checks, and inspects all merchandise before taking it to the showroom or releasing it for customer P/U for OUTLET Stores or when applicable. * Handles all Inventory Control and Customer Load Outs for OUTLET Stores (or anywhere when applicable) * Assists in maintaining store security and safety. * Learns and complies with the company's loss prevention program by working in a safe manner; identifies and reports, and resolves unsafe conditions that may result in property damage or personal injury. * Assists with customer P/U (where applicable) and unloads DC merchandise. Un-boxes merchandise. Sets up, displays, cleans, touches-up, repairs, refurbishes, tests/checks returned products, * Uses a dolly to safely move merchandise; maintains vehicle security * Cleans and maintains showroom, office areas, rest rooms, front and back of the store, windows, light fixtures, walls, floor, carpet, dumpster area and furniture. * Any project assigned by Store Management through overview of the Regional Director. Qualifications * High school diploma / GED. * Six months retail customer service, staff supervision, and delivery experience. * Ability to read maps, shipping / packing documents and assembly instructions. * Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management and personnel by telephone, or through written communication; assimilate information and make decisions. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Effective time management skills. * Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. * Mechanical ability to service and maintain upholstery and case goods. * Valid, clean driver's license - eligible to be DOT certified to operate a box truck if required. * Ability to physically and safely lift up to 75 lbs., or move 200 lbs. with a dolly or assistance of another person without injury or damage to the merchandise. * Ability to stand, walk, sit, twist, bend, kneel, crouch, stoop, climb and reach with hands and arms. Other ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: Works indoors in a controlled environment and in an open warehouse subject to various weather conditions. May be exposed to dust, fumes and airborne particles. May be exposed to mechanical / moving parts and electrical shock.

UMMARY: The On-Site Linen Manager's scope of work includes the overall responsibility for the hospital's laundry & linen program at the healthcare facility, to include ancillary areas as necessary, to insure an adequate supply of clean linen for all user areas while collaborating and communicating consistently with both the laundry processing plant and the hospital personnel & facility management as required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assignment and scheduling of duties as required including the direction of the distribution staff and soil collection associates as necessary. Responsibility for and scheduling of the receiving, recording, distribution and collection of linens with an objective to utilize their managerial skills in order to provide product to the end users without interruption of service. Housekeeping and general cleanliness of the assigned work area and linen storage room.. General and spot inspection as required of laundered articles to assure compliance with HLAC, OSHA and JCAHO recommendations and requirements. Maintaining records for department attendance, production efficiencies and linen tracking, etc. Communicating with departments in all end user areas to obtain feedback and information regarding the linen services program, Preparation and participation in the the linen program meetings and linen committee as warranted. Proper interviewing of new employees and directing their on-boarding, orientation and training as required. Provide services as needed to those departments with special requirements to include gaining necessary approvals with administration for same as applicable. Provide educational support for proper utilization of linens to include the reporting of overuse, abuse and/or misuse of linens, to include recommended actions, to both Crothall Laundry Services management and hospital contacts as necessary. As a "Working Manager" position, the Linen Manager will need to fill-in for distribution and/or soil collection associates as necessary due to absenteeism, vacation, sick, etc., in order to to meet the facility needs.
