This is an Operations position responsible for supervising the activities associated with night warehouse operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the supervision of order selection, product replenishment, order loading, ensuring safety and security of the warehouse and providing management and direction to assigned warehouse staff. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Supervises the daily work and safety of employees engaged in order selection, product replenishment, order loading, including all warehouse functions, selectors, loaders and night forklift operators. + Manages labor hours and consumable supplies within budget. + Prepares work schedules including extra work days and shifts as needed. + Administers the proper utilization of Company assets in support of the warehouse. + Coordinates required repairs with proper departments as necessary. + Review night warehouse functions and various warehouse productivity reporting. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and bilingual Warehouse Associate to support our Warehouse Coordinator in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse operation. This role combines hands-on forklift operation with inventory tasks, material handling, and basic logistics support, with the potential to grow into a coordinator role in the future. Key Responsibilities • Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing materials, tools, and consumables. • Operate forklifts safely (6,000-35,000 lbs LP and diesel) to move and organize materials. • Separate materials by work order and ensure correct identification and placement. • Support inventory control by conducting cycle counts, helping maintain minimum/maximum levels, and updating records. • Track and assist with the return and follow-up of borrowed tools and equipment. • Support preparation of shipments and coordinate with logistics when needed. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse area. • Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times. Required Qualifications • Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required). • Experience in warehouse operations with forklift use. • Valid forklift operator certification preferred (company training available for the right candidate). • Bilingual English/Spanish required. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials, and operate forklifts as needed. • Safety-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements • Lift up to 70 lbs without assistance. • Stand, walk, and operate forklifts for extended periods. • Work outdoors or in areas with heat, dust, or noise. • Consistent use of PPE as required by OSHA standards.
