You will bridge the gap between design and production, ensuring that products are accurately built, thoroughly tested, and seamlessly transitioned into a general manufacturing environment. Primary Responsibilities: Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics to guide product builds. Identify and document design discrepancies by making redline corrections and change recommendations. Translate technical changes and assembly instructions into clear, understandable formats for production teams and design engineers. Assemble complex, high-end products as directed by management. Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams on the production floor. Conduct product inspections, testing, and evaluations to ensure quality standards are met. Provide input on process improvements and support root cause analysis for design-related issues. Develop and maintain technical work instructions for production builds. Job Requirements: Education: Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field. Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Experience with hand tools and familiarity with manufacturing processes preferred. The Warehouse Specialist will ensure accuracy of all stock entering our Warehouse Management System (WMS). This position will also perform some technical aspects such as trouble shooting systems and possibly diagnosing issues with equipment.
