Job Description The faculty member will provide student instruction in areas of education and experience for the Physician Assistant Program. Faculty members act as an advocate for the program and represent the program at state, national, and regional meetings. The primary responsibility of this position is to evaluate and manage the obstetrical and gynecological patients in the Family Medicine Center and on labor and delivery. This position will evaluate and treat the full spectrum of family medicine patients in all clinical settings to include the Family Medicine Center, inpatient wards, intensive care unit, labor and delivery, and nursery. Supervise residents in their outpatient continuity clinic, providing oversight and guidance in patient care. Additional duties include evaluating resident performance, delivering educational lectures to residents and medical students, and participating in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care outcomes.
