The Operations Manager leads and directs all manufacturing operations with overall responsibility for safety, environmental, industrial hygiene, and quality in the production areas as the first priority. The Operations Manager is also responsible to be part of the Bay City startup team. This additional responsibility includes development of Operations, Quality and Maintenance processes, procedures and operations team. KEY DUTIES
Operate Safety, Environmental and Health as the first priority. Demonstrate personal dedication for active safety awareness and immaculate plant housekeeping. Eliminate injuries and consistently improve safety performance through innovative safety techniques and effective root cause analysis. Manage all operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Establish and support a culture of continuous improvement (C.I.). Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of plant operations, e.g. ESHQ, yield improvement, cost reduction, OEE, team member development.
Develop and lead a high-performance team, by establishing clear objectives for each team member. The team should utilize a digital twin of the plant, built upon the work in the engineering and construction phases of the LiMA project. Objects and KPI should be tracked visually to highlight deviations and opportunities for C.I.
Ensure high level of plant reliability and product quality as the Bay City Site is a critical supplier for the Bulk Monomer Business's Customers in RAM.
Operate at all times with the highest level of personal performance and business integrity, representing the company as a key member of the site management team in the local community and in the state to enhance the company's community standing and promote good public relations in support of business objectives.
Operate the plant to produce required product volumes as agreed in the S&OP process. Focus should include improving plant efficiencies and process yields to optimize production costs.
Manage plant spending to meet or exceed budgeted levels.
Engage with the technical department on capital projects and plant expansions to achieve on time, under budget implementation, insuring state-of-the-art equipment and a well-maintained plant.

EXPERIENCE
MBA is a plus. Master's degree in Engineering or Chemistry and 10+ years of experience in a plant environment as a leader managing 50 or more full time staff OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry and 15+ years of experience in a plant environment with direct operations leadership managing 50 or more full time staff. Prefer Chemical Engineer.
Extensive progressive chemical process and plant experience is necessary for this position.
Experience in a startup environment is preferred including experience with policy and procedure development, managing production startup and troubleshooting efforts safely, and assessment of direct reports.

Primary Purpose: Maintain accurate attendance records to facilitate administrative decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain accurate student accounting records and records related to student attendance such as sign-in sheets, class rosters, withdrawals, suspensions, discipline referrals, absence lists, etc.
* Prepare reports including but not limited to attendance reports, class or personnel rosters, end-of-semester reports, and accounting reports.
* Assist parents, students and staff with questions regarding student attendance.
* Call parents to verify student absences as needed.
* Issue passes to students who need to leave school for appointments and personal business after parents have been contacted to verify reason for leaving.
* Report all attendance issues to designated administrator.
* Prepare discipline forms for truant students.
* Make a daily list of absent students and distribute to teachers.
* Assist students in correcting absences mistakenly marked by teachers.
* Prepare the In School Suspension (ISS) class roster on a daily basis and provide a copy to the ISS teacher.
* Process new student records and enter student data into appropriate databases.
* Input all student withdrawals as directed by the Registrar.
* Maintain a student transaction sheet of all newly enrolled or withdrawn students.
* Maintain a weekly record of total school enrollment counts and balances.
* Prepare teacher rosters for each six week session.
* Supervise student aides assigned to the attendance office and provide them with duties such as filing, distributing messages, etc.
* Attendance at work is an essential function.
* Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or designee.
EXPERIENCE: QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education/Certification:
* High school diploma or G.E.D.
* 15 credited college hours OR three years of experience as a secretary or similar office experience preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
* Proficiency in typing and data entry
* Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office equipment and machines
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
* Ability to greet the public in person and by telephone

The Floorhand I is responsible for performing tasks associated with the operations of a well servicing rig. The Floor Hand I works under the direct supervision of the Rig Operator and Tool Pusher to carry out all assigned job duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand RES concept of Stop Work Accountability
Ability to learn RES safety policies and procedures
Participate in Meet and Greet at location sites
Participate in JSA/DWP and tail gate meetings as scheduled
Basic understanding and ability to operate rig equipment - slips, tongs and elevators
Basic understanding of mud pump and fluid handling operations
Understand the role of a floorhand during loss of well control events
Pull and run rods and tubing
Understand basic secondary lift mechanisms such as rod and electric submersible pumps
Assist in pipe tallying, rigging up and down and nippling up and down BOP units
Responsible for keeping work site, equipment, and tools clean and in good working order
Assist in the day to day lubrication and minor adjustments of equipment
Basic ability to identify hazards and perform Behavior Based Safety Observations
Understand and assist in energy isolation procedures
Ability to learn new skills as directed by Rig Operator and mentors
Responsible to stop work if conditions are unsafe and report concerns immediately
Report all incidents immediately
Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
6 months of experience working on a well servicing rig preferred
Must be familiar with pump and tank operations
Must have a valid state issued driver's license, CDL, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to perform manual labor required to operate well servicing equipment
Competent communication skills
Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule
COMPUTER
Basic knowledge of MS Office preferred
