Thomas’s passion for social impact led him to launch The Driver Foundation, a philanthropic fund focused on youth and diversity. He serves on the Board of The Trevor Project, the national nonprofit providing suicide prevention services to LGBTQ youth. The Mayor of the District of Columbia appointed him as Chair of The Innovation Technology and Inclusion Council where he advises the Mayor and the public on ways in which to grow the District's innovation and tech-economy. He also serves on the Foundation Board of his alma mater Northwest Missouri State University.
