Position Overview:
The Branch Manager II is responsible for providing leadership support and in managing the day-to-day operations for a team of employees within a branch or another channel. This role is instrumental in ensuring employees are engaged and providing the best experience for our members. Additionally, the Branch Manager II is accountable for the daily operations including: scheduling to ensure staffing levels meet member need, addressing and coaching employees through more complex member issues, and conducting branch/contact center verification reports. This role is also accountable for building rapport with members and the community, along with creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote leadership of all aspects of daily operational activities of the branch

Conduct and complete monthly branch verification reports
Prepare and deliver written performance evaluations and performance actions
Drive team performance and engagement by conducting frequent team meetings and individual employee dialogs; ensuring employees are informed of organizational news, changes in operational policy and procedures, and are focused on member service and organizational results
Identify individuals with high potential and partner with direct reports on individual development to ensure short-term and long-term success of the employee and the organization, identify bench strength
Actively participate in community based/business development activities within communities to promote awareness of Affinity Plus
Leverages business acumen by identifying trends and inefficiencies in day-to-day operations and recommending solutions
Demonstrates positive trending in the member and employee experiences, such as area growth, engagement and feedback
Creates strategy based on area for support to organizational initiatives involving promotions, projects, goals for area, leading Omni Channel experience in area, etc.
Collaborate among all channels to execute a strategic local growth plan that promotes organizational soundness
Participate in local and statewide leadership development meetings

Qualifications and Skills:
3+ years of proven, progressive leadership experience
2+ years' experience in consumer or Real Estate lending, checking/savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and other credit union products
B.S./B.A. degree in business, finance or related field preferred or equivalent experience
Ability to provide on-site leadership to a medium-sized market/team
Demonstrated omni-channel leadership supporting other channels
Creative problem resolution using sound judgment and collaboration with other departments and leaders
Knowledge and understanding of State and Federal laws pertaining to Credit Union Industry
Ability to effectively coach, lead and motivate employees to achieve results
Strong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracy

BASIC FUNCTION

The banker must match the product and service with the customer/prospect's identified needs and must carefully evaluate the amount of risk involved in entering into a relationship. The incumbent must understand the business/industry the customer is in and must gain a thorough knowledge of the customer/enterprise history and future plans. The loan administration unit has been organized to assist in the evaluation and approval process. Lending authority will be given to the incumbent based on their training and experience. Requests which exceed this limit must be approved by the Dept Manager or the Officers Loan Committee. Certain requests may require approval by the Directors Credit Committee.
The incumbent must administer all loans within legal and regulatory requirements, the bank's loan policy, procedure policy, and stipulations established by the Officers Loan Committee and Directors Credit Committee.
RELATIONSHIPS
Within Citizens Independent Bank: Must be a team player in providing floor coverage, in opening and securing the bank, and in scheduling outside calls.
Within the Community: Active in community organizations including service clubs and Chamber of Commerce in representing the bank as a good corporate citizen and to network for new business opportunities. Community involvement should meet CIB s CRA requirements. Primary Responsibilities:

What You'll Do
Build and lead the bank's mortgage department, including strategy, staffing, and revenue goals.
Develop a comprehensive suite of mortgage products and services.
Create policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Recruit, train, and manage Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) and operations staff.
Drive growth initiatives and profitability for the mortgage division.
Oversee underwriting standards and ensure loans meet regulatory and secondary market guidelines.
Manage vendor relationships and mortgage software applications.
Represent the bank in community and civic activities to strengthen market presence.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
7-10 years in residential mortgage lending.
3-5 years in a management or supervisory role.
Proven success managing origination and operations teams.
Skills:
Deep knowledge of mortgage regulations and secondary market guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac).
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in loan origination software (e.g., Encompass) and Microsoft Office.
Licensing: S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS required.

We are seeking a Deposit Operations Associate/Operations Specialist. A Deposit Operations Associate must be a team player who is supportive of the Core Values of CIB. This position is responsible for providing a full range of professional, technical and general support for consumer and business customers, and other departments within the bank. The position requires a self-starter with the ability to exercise independent judgement. The incumbent will be organized and can multi-task with a sense of urgency to ensure critical daily deadlines are met.

The incumbent for this position will need to think critically and be able to easily identify patterns of suspicious or fraudulent activity. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to success in this role.
This is a full time Monday-Friday position with rotating Saturday morning scheduling located at our Robbinsdale branch.
Primary Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact for Online Services set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting for both consumer and business customers.
Oversee debit card portfolio including processing, reporting, inventory management and service delivery
Provide maintenance for consumer and business customers, and handle other administrative duties as needed.
Provide support to customers and staff across various channels including, but not limited to, secure messaging, online banking, email, and phone.
Monitor Online Services including Bill Pay and Mobile Deposit for fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Serve as backup for the Cash Management Specialist, including implementation, ongoing maintenance and exception item processing.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the department.
Additional Responsibilities:
Complete research requests and various projects as needed.
Update procedures as needed.

Qualifications and Attributes:
High school diploma or GED Required. Additional post-secondary training is preferred.
Two years prior banking experience in a related role required.
