Pros of working at Workspot

I had a fantastic team, with a clear chain of command, regular employee reviews and open to teamwork discovery.

Cons of working at Workspot

The re-org was a complete surprise just 2 weeks before Christmas. The financial direction was scary, because the product team released many features, but the executive team had a very different interpretation of the company direction, which resulted in selling customers features that were unsupported resulting in churn.

Workspot benefits

Unlimited PTO; we were encouraged to not schedule any calls on Fridays and take time off as needed.
