**THE ROLE** :
The Executive Assistant to the SVP and Chief Strategy and External Affairs Officer is a key position in our organization. The candidate should be looking to gain hands-on experience across functions through supporting key projects and key leaders within the organization. The ideal candidate is a positive influencer, proactive, approachable, and professional with demonstrated capability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Time-sensitive situations and changing priorities require flexibility, adaptability, and creative thinking. This candidate should have strong interpersonal skills to work well with people at all levels, across multiple organizations, and with leaders both in and outside of Xylem.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Organize internal and external meetings as well as participation in industry conferences
+ Assist in the compilation and distribution of materials prepared for executive leadership
+ Process expense reports and invoices
+ Act as a Gatekeeper of all contact with the public, clients, and staff coming through the executive's office
+ Manage extensive and complex calendars for Senior Executive (and several VPs within the organization) in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
+ Coordinate and organize senior meetings, draft communications and presentations, including agenda setting, material preparation and distribution, speaker coordination, and logistics.
+ Arrange and maintain extensive travel plans and itineraries for both international and domestic travel
+ Plan and lead events as needed
+ Responsible for processing department invoices utilizing the accounts payable system (Catalyst).
+ Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to accurately code invoices for payment from specific cost center and applicable projects within the annual budget.
+ Establish new vendors in the global procurement system(GEP) by providing accurate, verifiable vendor documentation.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ 10+ of administrative experience, ideally supporting at the SVP level (or equivalent)
+ Bachelor's degree preferred
+ A minimum of three years of administrative and corporate operations experience, including supporting C-suite executives, office management, expense reporting, travel coordination, event planning and team management
+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
+ Experience with travel and expense management software such as AMEX and Concur
+ Highly organized with attention to detail
+ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
+ Proven ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion, ability to balance differing opinions

The estimated hourly range for this position is $45 to $55 per hour plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Customer Center equipment sales and service activity for a specific territory. As aSite Safety and Health Officer, you will:
At the local project level applies JCFS Safety programs, US Army Corps of Engineers Safety & Health Requirements, as well as state and federal laws for the inspection of equipment and working conditions to prevent accidents, fires and related hazardous events.
Leads all safety functions, including oversight of multiple assigned project levels and locations.
Responsible for the implementation of the Site/Task Specific Safety Program at location, including the creation of each task order required Site Specific Accident Prevention Plans (APP) & Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA).
Oversees and can authorize the procurement of project safety supplies and equipment, and is responsible for the implementation of the site safety training of JCFS direct employees and sub-contractor safety training.
Ensures internal employees and subcontractors understand and comply with all safety requirements. Conducts reviews to confirm compliance.
Designated on-site competent person and Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), as defined by The Army Corps of Engineers EM 385-1-1.
Serve as the site Subject Matter Expert for crane lifts, lock out/tag out, fall protection, trenching, scaffolding, and confined space related work.
Responsible to enforce the safety directives per JCFS Safety Program, site-specific APPs and EM 385-1-1.
Conducts daily safety and health inspections; conducts mishap investigations and completes required reports; Maintains the OSHA form 300;
Maintains a safety and health deficiency tracking system that monitors outstanding deficiencies until resolution. Ensures sub-contractor compliance with safety and health requirements.
Occasional travel between sites being supported within the region. Additional travel for startup, training, etc. as needed.
Provides leadership & facilitates the Office Safety Committee at the local level.
Partners with the site leadership team.
Develops professional working relationships with government and subcontractor safety organizations.
Establishes initiatives to enhance the JCFS safety program.
Owns/Accountable for Safety Execution within the assigned project location.
Performs other related duties as required.

What you will do
As a senior level team member of the iMPACT Fly Team, you will be responsible for traveling 75-100% of the time to and assisting JCI Customers at all levels of building automation system programming, checkout and commissioning.
This will include validating hardware and software commissioning activities for building automation systems. You will need to apply your advanced HVAC & Building Automation experience to work on assigned projects.
You will work directly on multiple project teams to assist the Project Managers and Field Technicians.

Loads system-level controller software

What you will do

Ability to apply pricing strategies into business strategy, understand the ripple effect analysis of price decisions, and conduct customer segmentation / win-loss analytics/price realization contribution.
Manage legacy products/services/offerings and develop innovative products/services/offerings and business models. Owns the product profitability and drives positive results. Owns and maintains a competitive database of products/services/offerings.
Provide basic application information to marketing to assist in collateral development, beginning to establish low-level industry contacts/relationships.
Drive a customer-centric approach to managing products/services/offerings. Drive value propositions into compelling business cases that result in business growth. Foster relationships at key customers.
Assists in supporting channel partners.
Articulate and communicate the findings and implications; provide the “so what” analytics around the “what” (i.e., data/information). Drive actions, the “now what”, within the product/service/offering.
What you will need
Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience.
10 years' experience, 2-3 years of product/service/offering management experience.
Strong understanding of data center design and operations and advanced thermal management technologies is a plus.
Experience with how to work well with and provide direction and leadership to highly-educated engineering teams.
Experience with how to work well with Sales and business leadership: present analysis of product performance, cost, pricing, competitive benchmarking and market trends to influence strategic business decisions.
Preferred:
MBA or other graduate-level degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Demonstrate a high-level of understanding of market trends in the data center or related industry.
Experience with interfacing with customers, gathering voice of customer and managing complex customer issues.
Demonstrated attention to detail, a commitment to quality and being results-driven and customer-focused.
Demonstrated ability to write well, edit effectively, and present complex issues and projects succinctly, logically, and persuasively.
Basic understanding of the budgeting process, and key financial indicators (i.e., ROI, IRR, NPV). Ability to follow established guidelines and processes (i.e., Capital Requests). Basic understanding of the various types of business models (subscription, product or service delivery, distribution, etc.).
Ability to gather and analyze economic, financial, market, and industry information.
Ability to understand and implement details behind transactional pricing recommendations.
Understand strategic and market levers to pull to build successful growth plans.
Preferred basic level of knowledge of key industries product/service/offering supports, basic level of knowledge of key applications within key industries that the product/service/offering supports.
Ability to take calculated risks, utilizing facts and data and scenario planning tools.
Understand the quality versus quantity around strategy development, that a strategy is a process versus an event.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize activities and actions that can be taken in developing a business or strategic plan; ability to say “no”.
Basic understanding of value pricing and value capture models
Strong VOC skill set and ability; seeks to understand customer experiences, and provides meaningful VOC insights to drive business implications (i.e., NPI, trade-offs, growth opportunities, etc.)

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $109,000 - 146,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
