Job Summary:
The Sr. Account Specialist is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Legacy Evoqua's Light Industry Sales (LIT) team, which provides a complete line of pretreatment, generation, storage, and distribution solutions for high purity and wastewater applications in aerospace, beverage, government, health sciences, microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, universities, labs, and general industry.
They identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and provide excellent after-sales service to retain customers. The Sr. Representative also conducts market research, analyzes industry trends, and provides strategic recommendations to senior management. This role requires extensive experience in sales, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations.

Qualifications:

What you will do:

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our LMI Assembly team. This role will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging products on an assembly line or independently in a manufacturing facility. What you will do

How you will do it
We'll need an organized individual with electrical or mechanical controls trade experience who will be able to develop, align, and implement several different supply chain strategies to deliver the most efficient methods for branch offices procure subcontract labor from suppliers to deliver the solutions we promise our customers. This individual will coordinate all operational procurement activities, utilizing the systems, processes and procedures governing the procurement of subcontract labor while ensuring compliance with BOS procedures and DoA requirements.

Partnership with Sales during project development phase to own Subcon Installation pricing
Determine Subcon Strategy
Review total Project SOW, qualify and clarify Subcon requirements
Utilize Estimating Tools to develop baseline Subcon Installation Pricing

Job Overview:
In this role you will lead a $200M product portfolio for the Air Treatment business consisting of (3) Company Brands: Ingersoll Rand, Gardner Denver, and DV Systems. A key focus will be identifying and leveraging best practices across the brands to improve product support, product offering, and gaining market share. You will be a member of the Air Treatment Product Management Team working closely with peers leading other Air Treatment portfolios (Hankison, PPC, Holtec, Champion,…). In addition to your peers, you will partner with other functional areas like Sales Enablement, Engineering and Channel Management for guidance, support, and strategy setting. Responsibilities:
* Product Portfolio Management
1) Conduct regularly scheduled, customer-focused portfolio reviews of all Air Treatment company brand products under management, enabling effective decisions related to product lifecycle management, including product rationalization
2) Prepare business data and reports on a regular basis to keep management team informed of business progress
3) Lead multiple year business plan & strategy development
4) Partner with commercial and engineering team to develop and maintain product roadmap
5) Conduct analysis to examine competing opportunities and initiatives and make trade-off decisions on which opportunities & initiatives to pursue as part of the overall strategy
* New Product Development and Launch
1) Quantify growth opportunities that would allow IR to participate in markets that are growing faster and most profitably
2) Lead efforts to understand unmet customer needs for new air treatment products or line extensions and make recommendations on the product features that need to be developed/included
3) Initiate projects for new or updated products or line extensions and prioritize portfolio of projects under development on a regular basis
4) Lead the execution of the required analyses to determine the recommended prices and pricing policies for new or updated products or extensions
5) Coordinate with the marketing and sales enablement teams to develop and implement marketing strategy and plan (including targeted programs and promotions) for each new or updated product or extension
6) Coordinate with commercial team to determine the best go to market strategy for each new or updated product or line extension.
7) Lead the launch of new or updated products or line extensions and ensure that all the volume, profitability and quality targets defined in the respective business cases are met or exceeded.
* Product Life Cycle Management
1) Collect customer needs and market trends to fully understand opportunities for improvements to current and new products.
2) Work with cross functional team to manage product life cycle activities and ensure right products are delivered to meet customer needs.
3) Work with cross functional team to ensure products in compliance with local regulatory requirement, coordinate for the preparation of materials, and provide necessary local supports.
4) Provide inputs to pricing analyst on price tools updates and revisions regarding product descriptions, upgrade and changes.

Team Leadership and Development

Safety and Compliance

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detailed individual to join our Machine Shop team. This role will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, programming independently, G-coding, and operating machine tools to create products according to engineering specifications, ensuring high quality and efficiency in a manufacturing facility. • Operate machines to manufacture parts, following detailed blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards. Identify and report defects or issues in the machinist process and necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on machine tools to ensure they operate effectively and safely. Report any significant machine malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the supervisor. Troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues, making minor repairs or adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including job setup, run times, and material usage. Report any deviations from specifications or quality issues to the appropriate personnel. Document any issues, defects, or deviations from standard procedures. Complete production logs, work orders, and other required paperwork accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues, engineers, and supervisors to optimize processes and resolve production challenges. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Compiles job documentation, such as certificate of completion, customer training forms, training certificates and punch lists.Conducts extensive self study (readying, research and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency in company's product lines. Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and knowledgeable individual to join our Quality team. This role will be responsible for inspecting materials and products, providing quality support through knowledge of inspection procedures and tools, identify deviations, work with production team members to document non-conforming materials and communicate with engineering team within in a manufacturing facility. A Quality Inspector works with a team to ensure all products meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate is adaptable, a team player, a great communicator, and can meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
* Perform inspection on in-house and vendor-supplied parts and complete in-process inspections as required. Ability to use ESDS materials when working with electronic materials (i.e. wrist straps, grounded rubber mats). Operate Positive Material Identification (PMI) Gun to check materials against blueprints or drawings. Use Keyence measurement programming and CMM operation experience
* Interpret engineering drawings/specifications and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Conduct process audits of assigned value streams focusing on adherence to standard work. Identify and document defects, deviations, or non-conforming items and processing defects.
* Perform final product inspection/verification before shipment for customer orders. Identify and report defects or issues in the assembly process and necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure product quality. Partake in the occasional inspection of soldering workmanship and electronic assemblies Perform quality checks by established quality procedures and ISO requirements.
* Collect samples of products or materials for testing and coordinate with the quality control laboratory if further analysis is required. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve daily and monthly targets. Ensure inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained and report issues.
* Maintain accurate records of inspection results, quality control data, and non-conforming products. Generate reports and documentation as required
* Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications. Perform quality checks by established quality procedures and ISO requirements. Identify and report defects or issues in the assembly process and necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure product quality. Test and troubleshoot assemblies.
* Participate in training programs to improve maintenance skills and product knowledge. Attend monthly EHS trainings. Follow all policies and procedures (i.e. report on time and ready to work - Start/Lunch/Breaks). Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and participating in root cause analysis, writing the NCM, and disposing of waste accordingly (RTV, Scrap, Rework)
* Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Test PSI limit no greater than 30,000. Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly. Follow 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Test PSI limit no greater than 30,000. Lift a maximum of 35 lbs for an individual and 70 lbs for a team lift. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 2+ years' experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Quality Inspection
* 1+ years of experience in Using Precision measuring tools and blueprints
Core Competencies:
* Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally with hoist to be used on objects over 40 pounds.
* Standing: Standing is required in periods of up to three hours at a time.
* Stooping: Would be required to lift objects off pallets
* Hand Dexterity: Must be able to work with hand tools, screws and gauges, as well as operating buttons on controls.
* Verbal Communication: Must be capable of clear communication between co-workers and supervisor.
* Carrying: Capable of carrying 40 pounds for a distance of up to 25 feet.
