Drive patients to and from appointments, to include patient outings, as directed. 16. Drive to purchase patient sundries and miscellaneous items; including nicotine products as directed. 17. Will troubleshoot equipment for walk-in pts or while at their speech appts; Monitors the CI call pool, addressing the daily needs of CI pts; verifying that all paperwork is up to date and completed for surgeries; liaison between CI pts and their audiologists and the hospital.
