In 1997, he and co-founder Gary Clark formed Active TeleSource; a customer-centric, outsourced contact center.
David has over 18 years of experience in operations, client services and sales in the customer care industry and has worked on the management team for Active TeleSource since 1998.
In 2002 he came to Active Telesource to run the IT network department and has overseen our many successful network expansions, system designs and network migrations.
In 2003, he joined Active and quickly demonstrated his management potential.
In 2009 Cari joined Active TeleSource to assist the Director of Operations with an onboarding of a large new client.
In 2011, David managed the development of the LIHEAP Scheduling & Management System (LSM), a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool for CAA’s and utilities that decreases administrative efforts for routine tasks such as client scheduling and tracking and data exchange processes.
