We are a contract food manufacturer of salsas, sauces, marinades, drink mixes and refrigerated dips. The company is privately owned and operates a 30,000 square foot plant and warehouse in the Dallas area. The company is privately owned. We are audited by the FDA and the Texas Department of Health and must meet their requirements. **Responsibilities include:** + Ability to troubleshoot, fix and maintain equipment such as fillers, cappers, sealers, case packers and other equipment typically found in a food manufacturing environment + Limit equipment down time through preventative maintenance and be proactive in problem solving **Requirements** Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems Ability to work long hours and weekends on occasion Ability to pass a drug test Ability to work as part of an overall maintenance team Hands on approach and willingness to be proactive and involved Cooperative attitude and willingness to work in a team environment Food manufacturing experience is a plus Refrigeration systems experience is a plus Experience with Allen Bradley systems is a plus Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance repair and multi craft repairs. Pneumatic systems Centrifugal and positive displacement pumps Deep understanding of high voltage wiring / 480v 3 phase.
