- Must have at least a BSME or BSEE degree, master’s degree or higher preferred
- Entrepreneurial drive with demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment
- Has broad and deep experience within product development, industrialization, and creation of high-volume production lines. Have experience within the OEM and/or Tier I supplier community.
- 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing or an engineer role, with increasing levels of responsibility
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with high volume and power engineering. Experience in specifying, sourcing, qualifying, and launching complex assembly and in-process test equipment is a must.
- Knowledge of quality methods and requirements including APQP or phase gate release processes, ISO9001, TS16949, and global OEM development systems.
