More than 20 years of industry experience, in multiple senior positions in Engineering Management and Product/Program management, both in startups and public companies.

I have deep experience in developing SAAS / Search / Knowledge Management / ERP software products, managing the product from conception to deployment.

Currently I am the CTO at Annuvia (acquired by aedsuperstore.com). In this role, I architected and developed onlineoversight.com, a SAAS-product for managing AEDs. It is used by companies as Amazon, Exelon and Citi Bank.

At Autonomy (formerly Verity), managed the development of Aungate, (Autonomy’s suite of electronic discovery and compliance applications), Desktop Search and migration from Verity’s server to Autonomy’s Idol server. My team had 20 people.

Before that, I co-founded OrderCare and served as director of product management. The product used the iLog rules engine to automate and optimize order management by intelligently combining information from Supply Chain Management, CRM, and Advanced Planning Systems.

OrderCare was acquired by Intertec in 2001, and I was in charge of its IT and managing the project to re-architect the internal ERP system to a J2EE platform. New functions include web-enabling, customer self-service, rule-based scripting and OLAP reporting.

I have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, with AI as one of my specializations. In my first job at OCE, the Netherlands, I worked on image analysis and language processing techniques. This work resulted in patent no US05784489. I was development manager of a 3-year, multi-million dollar international project on document management.

I lived and worked in 3 countries and speak multiple languages (English, Dutch, German fluently and some French) and have excellent communication and people skills.
