Pros of working at Alstom

Freedom.

Alstom benefits

Have the freedom to work as I want. After being trained and evaluated, I demonstrated to be efficient to be on my own and get the work done as needed and more.

What do you like best about Alstom's CEO and the leadership team?

We don’t know the CEO. The company is to big. The leadership team are like family and work with everyone to make sure our needs are met.

How did you prepare for the Alstom interview?

I read through the company website and the job description.

How does your compensation at Alstom compare to the industry average?

It’s better now than it was. Still a few dollars less but in general good.

What's the diversity at Alstom like?

Very good. We have a big diversity in the company.
