You list your MBA on a resume by including it in the education section. Having an MBA requires a great deal of work, and it is very impressive to a prospective employer. When you list it on your resume, you are showing the recruiters that you are hardworking and dedicated and that you follow through.
By default, the MBA should be listed in your education section; this is where recruiters will expect to see this type of information, and it can be confusing if it is not included here. You can also choose to put your MBA in your header section, although this should be done only if you follow these rules:
Only include it if you have finished the program
Only include it if it is a requirement or at least relevant to the position
Your cover letter is also a good place to plug the fact that you have an MBA, and it can also help you pass the Applicant Tracking System that some companies use.
Generally speaking, your education section should be formatted in reverse chronological order. If you received all of your degrees from the same school, you could put the school's name first, followed by your degrees.
If you have received your degrees from different schools, you can list your degree first, followed by the university and attendance dates.
