Business days are a measurement of time that refers to any day in which a company or business is open and operational. A business day is eight hours and usually specifically refers to the time slot of 9 am to 5 pm.
Business days exclude weekends and certain public holidays. In most Western countries in the world, it typically refers to a day during the week (Monday - Friday).
