• Organizing: Organizing is the function of management that involves developing an organizational structure and allocating human resources to ensure the accomplishment of goals. It is the process of identifying and grouping activities, defining and delegating responsibility and authority, and establishing relationships to enable people to work most effectively together to accomplish objectives.

• Leading: Leading is the function of management that involves motivating and directing the behavior of employees. It involves influencing and inspiring people to work towards the accomplishment of goals. Leaders create an environment that fosters creativity and innovation, encourages risk-taking, and rewards hard work and dedication.

• Controlling: Controlling is the function of management that involves measuring performance and taking corrective action. It involves monitoring progress toward objectives, comparing actual performance against standards, and taking action to ensure that goals are achieved. Controlling also involves identifying areas for improvement and taking steps to ensure that employees are working efficiently and effectively.
