What benefits does CampCo offer?

CampCo offers employee benefits and employee perks depending on the position. Recreational leaders or camp counselors, for example, are not eligible for benefits, but are eligible for employee perks such as free training and company events.

Employees working out of company headquarters are eligible for full health, vision, and dental benefits with moderate premiums, as well as a 401(k) with 1% matching. Paid time off is based on the number of years you've worked at CampCo. CampCo parents also receive discounts for their children to enroll in some of their numerous events and camping trips.
