What benefits does Fazoli's offer?

Full-time Fazoli's employees have many options for company-provided and voluntary benefits that are available. Fazoli's goal is to support employees in every facet of their personal and financial well-being.

This includes providing health insurance. Fazoli's offers one medical insurance plan, a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). With a High Deductible Health Plan, employees do not pay a copay for an office visit and it can be paired with a Health Savings Account. Medical and prescription coverage applies to your combined medical and prescription out-of-pocket maximums.

The company also offers an employee assistance program that provides counseling sessions to employees going through hardship.

Fazoli's also offers its employees a 401(k) retirement account plan. Fazoli's has a Safe Harbor 401(k) Plan which means that employees are 100% vested once they contribute to the plan.

To be eligible for this benefit employees must be over 21 years old and have completed 12 months of service and 1,000 hours worked during the review period. Fazoli's offers to company-match all of the first three percent contributed and half of the next two percent contributed.
