An entry-level project manager works under the direct supervision of senior project managers to assist during some or all of the five stages of a project's life cycle. An entry-level project manager is also known as a junior project manager or an associate project manager.

presenting a project plan to upper-level management to gain approval before starting the project.
Monitor Project Progress: works closely to monitor each project they manage to ensure that projects:

meet deadlines
stay under budget
develop according to plan.
Report Project Results: once a project is complete, an entry-level project manager, in conjunction with the senior project manager, is responsible for gathering and documenting all project results and then reporting or presenting them to the appropriate parties. This usually includes clients and upper-level management.
They need to report on the success of the project and report any setbacks that were encountered and provide room for improvement.
