Working 40 hours per week is considered full-time in Ohio. The individual must work 40 hours per week in nine, ten, eleven, or twelve months out of the fiscal year to be considered full-time in Ohio.
Individuals that work an average of not less than 30 hours per week may also be considered full-time in Ohio. However, they must be on a 12-month-long contract.
