Assessment: PepsiCo offers various options for two-way communication during the hiring process. Typically, PepsiCo will initiate a dialogue with you via telephone or a video interview.
After the phone screening or video interview, you may be invited for an in-person interview. Keep in mind that due to COVID-19, it is possible to have a virtual interview rather than one in person.
Some roles may require you to complete assessments. PepHire is PepsiCo's assessment program, and it is designed to create objective and globally consistent hiring processes for PepsiCo. PepHire will utilize job-relevant assessments to evaluate your foundational, professional, and leadership capabilities.
Results from your assessments will provide additional insight for the hiring team in addition to your resume, critical experiences, and functional skill set. These will be taken into consideration along with your interview responses.
