Use communication and training resources to keep up to date with inventory process changes. Perform demo and restocking tasks to support technology and merchandising priorities. Support the Operations Lead with the implementation and maintenance of Apple preservation standards. Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to supporting customer-facing activities. As a key member of our industry-leading team, you will drive the control architecture and algorithms for the RF receiver. PhD degree with previous work on cellular topics. 5+ years of shown experience in RF, including cellular receiver architectures. Familiarity with cellular modem architectures. Knowledge of RF circuit impairments and experience modeling their system-level impact. Familiarity with RFIC design, layout considerations, and semiconductor processes. Experience with digital signal processing (DSP).
Understanding of Cellular Radio/3GPP Standards (UMTS, LTE, 5G NR FR1/2, 6G) with a focus on system use cases. Deep understanding of cellular system use cases and RF/baseband interactions and procedures. BS with 10 plus years of industry experience. Expertise in microcontroller architectures used for real time operation and how to program them. Experience with HW and SW co-design and a clear understanding of trade-offs between digital HW and firmware implementations. Proven knowledge of radio receiver architectures from antenna to analog/digital base band processing. Proficiency and practical experience in Python or C++ is crucial. Experience applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) to improve multi-objective optimization e.g. for RF line-up optimization and definition of adaptive algorithms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally in a global, multi-disciplinary team.
