The hourly pay range for this position in NY is $37.00 to $58.00, plus overtime eligible.

System Administration

Help Desk
* Communicate effectively with Libraries' staff, understand the nature of the library functions, and provide support and creative solutions.
* Share responsibility for answering help desk extension and checking help desk email account.
* Analyze requests and enter them in the help desk system, assign to appropriate LIT staff member, and follow-up with Libraries' and/or technical staff when necessary.
* Ensure that problem reports are dealt with in a timely manner.
* Resolve escalated tickets from helpdesk and complicated troubleshooting issues.
