Position Summary
The RN Weekend Supervisor oversees all nursing operations during the weekend shifts, providing leadership, direction, and clinical guidance to the nursing team. This role ensures continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service for every resident.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise, guide, and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff during weekend shifts.

Oversee admissions, discharges, and emergency responses during weekend hours.
Monitor staffing levels and assignments to ensure safe, effective coverage.
Provide clinical leadership in infection control, medication management, and resident safety.

Serve as the primary on-site nursing contact for residents, families, and staff.
Qualifications
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arkansas (in good standing).
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead with compassion, professionalism, and integrity.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
Must be dependable and willing to work weekends consistently.
