Manage, oversee and consult on a variety of projects for a diverse set of clientele Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, visual communications and/or demonstrated equivocal agency experience in a creative director role At minimum, 5 years of leadership at the CD level in a creative marketing and/or advertising environment At minimum, 5-10 years of previous art director and design experience Working knowledge of Figma (required), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Sketch, InDesign, Animate, InVision and other creative applications Cross-channel expertise including website, email, print and social Comprehensive knowledge and skills working with and creating brand and style guides Understanding of design principles in typography, color, imagery, illustration, motion design and design systems Highly creative, conceptual and strategic Excitement to mentor and lead creative initiatives A strong desire to constantly seek relevance and innovation Desire and ability to be “in” and ‘on” the work Collaborative both in ideation and ability to pivot with new insights Ability to guide with a clear POV on creative needs/ideas/choices Ability to comprehend and leverage insights from research and data to connect with a target audience Understanding and adherence of best practices and trends in digital experiences Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills Self-starter with ability to multi-task, while adhering to deadlines We benchmark salaries across industry standards and local markets to ensure we offer competitive, fair compensation.
