Position Description: The qualified candidate will be assembling circuit boards and doing complex, small parts assembly.
Major Responsibilities Include:
Ensure product quality meets IPC-610 workmanship standards and customer requirements.
Coordinate daily work schedules with Lead.
Possess a working knowledge of the names and mechanical appearance of various electronic components and materials.
Possess a working knowledge of electronic acceptance criteria, e.g. ANSI/IPC 610.Interpret bills of material, standard procedures, written assembly instructions, assembly drawings and engineering documentation.
Possess a working knowledge of the proper use of hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, tweezers, wire cutters, mechanical presses etc. as they are needed to prepare components for assembly
Assemble the components into electronic units, and rework assembled units by adding or removing components.
Other duties as required in the Manufacturing department.
Skills:
Prior assembly and soldering experience is desired.
Ability to read and follow written instructions, distinguish colors, and perform simple arithmetic.
Use fingers or tools to perform one or more repetitive assembly operations to produce small light weight products or components.

position involves assembling, fitting, fastening, and installing various aircraft components such as tails, wings, fuselage, bulkheads, stabilizers, landing gear, rigging, control equipment, and heating and ventilating systems
Maintain a clean work area and work effectively in a team environment.
Follow directions from supervisors and communicate promptly when issues or questions arise.
Drill close tolerance holes and install manufacturing hardware.
Use power tools, including pneumatic and electric drills, rivet guns, and torquing wrenches.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Qualifications
