The Merchandiser Lead is a veteran that is responsible for covering multiple routes while sustaining exceptional customer service for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within an assigned territory.
Shift and Schedule
Full-time
5:00 am until work is finished
5 scheduled shifts per week
Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Position Responsibilities
Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
Partner with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.
Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction.
Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue.
Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
Available to work weekends and holidays.
Follow the 4 week training schedule established for merchandising team with new hires
Handle majority of swing merchandising needs
Train all merchandisers on best practices and help them grow
Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meetings
Responsible for an area equal to 3 normal Merchandising routes
Total Rewards
Pay starting at $19.94 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $20.98 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements
1 year of experience in customer service, involving tasks such as resolving customer issues, maintaining effective communication with storemanagers, and responding to customer requests.

Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Our stores operate 7 days per week. Work schedules are determined by Management and employee must be flexible to always ensure adequate store coverage. Full-time associates may be scheduled to work any full‑time shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on enhancing your home
Provide daily support to the management team by performing opening and closing routines, register functions and back office procedures

Ensure store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety and back of house standards during manage‑on‑duty shifts
Effectively perform the Selling Captain role, serving as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and customer service by making the customer experience the priority

Criteria
Effective communication, organization and leadership skills

Physical Requirements
Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
Full time associates are expected to have open availability to meet the needs of the business.
Part‑Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend** (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and twoduring the week (Monday to Thursday). For an associate to be scheduled 20 hours or more weekly, greater availability (beyond the minimum required above) that meets the needs of the business will be required. **Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday).
