Qualifications
2-3 years of experience preferably in drafting and negotiate licensing, partnering, and commercial agreements - or - experience in venture financing or M&A transactions.

Technical degree is not required for this role.
Preference for candidates with large law firm experience.
Massachusetts admission required.
