Position Overview:

Develop and maintain title workflows, operational processes, and records management systems.

Qualifications:
Active law license
(preferred)
and title agent license (or willingness to obtain); ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience handling litigation matters related to medical malpractice, nursing home defense, auto accidents, and general liability. This is a great opportunity for an attorney with strong knowledge of medical records and hands-on litigation experience-from case inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload with a focus on medical-related personal injury cases
Conduct and defend depositions, including parties, experts, and medical professionals
Prepare for and attend mediations, hearings, and motion practice
Analyze medical records and prepare case evaluations
Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with clients and partners
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal correspondence
Communicate proactively with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
4-8 years of experience in litigation (preferably medical malpractice, nursing home, or general liability)
Strong understanding of Florida court rules and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
