Role Summary
The Director, Product Owner will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for BOSSCAT and HomeView, driving adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. In parallel, this leader will serve as the operational GM for BOSSCAT Technologies, ensuring end‑to‑end excellence across product, engineering, operations, and cross‑functional business impact.
Key Responsibilities

Develop business cases, level‑of‑effort sizing, financial modeling, and resource planning; partner with Finance on budgets and P&L accountability.
Cross‑Functional & Customer Impact
Partner with executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer success to translate opportunities into product outcomes.
Establish continuous voice‑of‑customer loops with agents, brokers, and consumers; improve usability and product‑market fit.
Create a transparent decision framework that aligns stakeholders and accelerates delivery.
Build, mentor, and retain a high‑performing, diverse product, engineering, and operations team.
Define clear career paths, performance metrics, and succession plans; foster a culture of accountability, ownership, innovation, and learning.
Required Qualifications
10+ years progressive leadership across product, engineering, technology, and/or operations.
Proven track record shipping and scaling platforms/software products end‑to‑end.
Experience with P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue‑impacting initiatives.
Strong command of Agile/Lean methodologies, product lifecycle management, and enterprise architecture.
Experience scaling teams in high‑growth or transformation environments.
Deep knowledge of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, data infrastructure, and modern security frameworks.
Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and data‑driven decision making.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS from a 4‑year accredited university.

Salary Range

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. About the Team:
The Revenue Systems team is responsible for the system that determines the who, what and when of revenue communications with our customers - including product, sales and lifecycle communications. Ownership: Revenue system of the systems that manage revenue communications to customers, including revenue focused in-product communications, sales calls and lifecycle communications
For the above purposes, inclusive of content management (CMS tools such as Contentful), audience creation (CDP tools such as HighTouch) and decisioning systems (orchestration level tools such as Marketo and Iterable, as well as AI based digital decisioning automation)

Where do PMs at Gusto work?
We have offices in Denver, San Francisco, and New York and have remote team members across the US and Canada. Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto\'s subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.

The Product Development Manager plays a pivotal role in the early stages of new data center projects. This strategic position ensures a smooth transition from conceptualization to project execution. We are currently seeking a highly driven AI Content Engineer, AssociateProduct Marketing Manager to join our organization .
Enverus is redefining content marketing by putting AI at the center of how we create, personalize, and scale content across our diverse industry verticals. As a content engineer on the product marketing team, this position blends the core product marketing skills of communicating the value of Enverus solutions with building AI agents and workflows that enable the product marketing team to deliver personalized experiences for our audiences at scale. This is a high-impact role for someone hungry to innovate, automate, and elevate how we communicate product value through high-quality, diverse content. You must also possess strong storytelling skills and the ability to create compelling PowerPoint slides for our sales team.
Performance Objectives
+ Use GenAI tools (e.g., Opal AI in Optimizely CMP, Co-Pilot) to generate and personalize product marketing content at scale.
+ Build and maintain prompt libraries, templates, and workflows for repeatable content creation.
+ Collaborate with data teams to integrate customer segmentation and journey data into content strategies.
+ Take a metrics-first approach to building customer renewal presentation decks, with the ability to use AI to pull structured and unstructured account-level data to inform the renewal strategy.
+ Use AI to translate product features into compelling value propositions tailored to specific industries.
+ Leverage AI to translate usage and account health data to drive personalized content
+ Support product launches with AI-generated messaging frameworks, battlecards, and collateral.
+ Partner with ProductManagers and Sales to ensure content aligns with buyer needs and market trends.
+ Use AI to generate go-to-market messaging, content, and a positioning strategy for new product launches and feature updates.
+ Partner with product marketing subject matter experts to capture industry challenges, solution messaging, personas, and collateral across our various industries, ensuring consistent messaging across marketing channels.
+ Stay on the cutting edge of GenAI, LLMs, and marketing automation tools.
+ Test and implement new AI workflows for competitive analysis, persona development, content creation processes, and content performance tracking.
+ Help build internal playbooks for AI-first product marketing practices.
+ Take a metrics-driven approach to inform messaging and content success, and address opportunities for improvement.
+ Leverage marketing metrics to inform content strategy and optimize campaign performance.
Competitive Candidate Profile
+ Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies-ideally with hands-on experience using GenAI tools and agent creation.
+ An analytical mindset with comfort working with data, segmentation, and personalization strategies. Your strategy is driven by what the data tells you.
+ 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or marketing operations.
+ Strong writing and storytelling skills, especially in PowerPoint, with a knack for translating technical concepts into customer value at both a user and executive messaging level. Ability to develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business goals
+ Self-starter attitude with a desire to build something new and transformative.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.
+ Proven understanding of the demand engine and how to activate content throughout various channels to achieve GTM goals.
+ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

What you'll do:

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $80,300 - $120,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate's work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Our cash compensation range for this role is $172,000/yr to $215,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $202,000/yr to $253,000/yr in San Francisco, Seattle & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2‑3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
