    Schedule Monday- Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM This position is responsible for the management of the digital experience for the credit card and lending products that reside on First Horizon's Treasury Management digital platform. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop a clear product vision and digital roadmap aligned with business goals Routinely conduct market research to identify user needs and understand the competitive landscape. Define product features and prioritize functionalities based on user value and business impact. Gather product feedback from internal and external sources. Provide product support to the Treasury Management Sales and Service partners. Work with project teams and vendors to drive product enhancements. Support other activities such as operations, customer communication, legal/regulatory research, and product pricing Demonstrates knowledge of competitive market, operations and products and services that are included in support of Treasury Management product lines Supports regional branches, sales and marketing in developing and providing product definitions in response to customer needs and market opportunities Provides customer training and support on the use of Treasury Management products Serves as a Treasury Management SME by participating in sales situations for key products (namely credit card and loans) Collects and prepares financial, schedule, and sales information for products Performs all other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No supervisory responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
