For more information, visit ***************************** General Summary: The Assistant/Associate/Professor will teach assigned courses in the COM curriculum, and report to the Chair of Family Medicine/Osteopathic Principles and Practice. The Osteopathic Principles and Practice Division is part of the Department of Family Medicine and Osteopathic Principles and Practice. The department is made up of a vibrant group of faculty and staff dedicated to the integration of osteopathic principles into the fundamentals of medical education and to teaching our next generation of osteopathic physicians' clinical skills and reasoning, osteopathic foundations and techniques, humanism, and preventive medicine. You will find members of the department teaching in those courses it sponsors as well as every systems course in the curriculum. Full time faculty are given one day per week to attend clinic if they so choose. Essential Job Functions: • Teach assigned courses PNWU-COM expects faculty at all times to observe those policies and practices which are considered standard professional responsibilities.
