Request and restock supplies in a timely manner to maintain proper par levels for consistent service. Assist fellow employees to deliver the 3-steps of service and participate as a supportive team member. Notify management of any member/guest complaints immediately and practice effective service recovery. Know and follow the rules of golf etiquette when approaching golf groups at all times.
