Your Responsibilities:
* Case Management: Independently manage a high-volume caseload of complex litigation matters (GL and FPP) from inception through trial or settlement across Texas and Louisiana jurisdictions.

* Advocacy: Represent clients in depositions, court appearances, and mediations; prepare witnesses and experts for trial.

Required Education & Experience:
* Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
* Dual Licensure Required: Must be admitted to the Bar in both Texas and Louisiana (Active and in Good Standing).
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with specific exposure to both First-Party Property and General Liability defense preferred.
* Skills: Superior research, analytical, and writing skills.
* Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while managing strict deadlines.
