Prior to Diligent, Doron served as Vice President and General Manager at EMC. Prior to joining EMC, Doron was VP Sales & Marketing at Imedia Corporation, a pioneer in digital video distribution. Imedia was acquired by Terayon Communications Systems. Doron holds Law and Philosophy degrees, and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University.

Buno Pati is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Infoworks.io, an enterprise software company, and served as its Chairman from its inception, and as Executive Chairman since September 2017 through January of 2019. He has also been a Partner of Centerview Capital Technology, or Centerview, a private investment firm, since May 2016. At Centerview, Mr. Pati’s investment focus is on cybersecurity and data and analytics. Mr. Pati also served as an Advisor to Centerview from June 2014. Before his association with Centerview, Mr. Pati founded Numerical Technologies, Inc., a company that redefined how integrated circuits are designed and manufactured, and served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer from October 1995 to August 2002 and as Chairman from August 2002 to March 2003, when the company was acquired by Synopsys, Inc. He helped launch Nexus Venture Partners, a pioneer in Indian venture capital, and has served as Advisor to that firm since January 2012. Mr. Pati also founded Sezmi Corporation, a company that develops and markets video services offerings for telecommunications service providers and served as Chief Executive Officer and a director of the company from June 2006 to December 2011.

Sam Gilliland is CEO of Cherwell Software, setting the company’s strategic direction and driving its customer-first vision. Sam draws on his knowledge of and passion for technology to improve customer service experiences and make peoples’ lives easier. For nearly a decade, Sam led more than 10,000 employees in 60 countries as chairman and CEO of travel industry technology giant Sabre Corporation and Travelocity.com. Sam has served on the boards of Sabre Corporation and Travelocity.com, Brinks Home Security Holdings, Carlson, Inc., Gogo, Inc., Rackspace Hosting, Inc., Digital River, and BookingPal. Under U.S. President Barack Obama, Sam served on the President’s Management Advisory Board and on the Energy Security Leadership Council. He also served as chair of the U.S. Commerce Department’s Travel and Tourism Advisory Board. Sam holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kansas.
