Key Responsibilities: Advise employers on all aspects of traditional labor law, including union avoidance, union organizing, collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, labor strategy, and NLRB matters. Represent clients before the National Labor Relations Board and in labor arbitrations and negotiations. Manage and grow a strong book of business while fostering new client relationships. Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups and offices on complex labor and employment matters. Serve as a mentor and leader to junior attorneys within the labor & employment practice. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in traditional labor law, with a demonstrated track record of success representing employers.
