Ice and glaze cakes, cookies, and sweet rolls. * Measure, weigh, mix, divide, proof, retard, mold and shape and bake yeast-leavened products such as bread dinner rolls, doughnuts, and pizza crust according to standardized recipes. * Mix fruit and cream fillings. * Fill cream puffs, doughnuts, éclairs, and turnovers according to standardized recipes. * Operate baking equipment such as scales, mixers, sheeters, proof boxes and ovens. * Responsible for directing bake shop activity in the absence of Supervisor 1. * Check student dessert line and replenish desserts before leaving for the night. * Shut down all equipment and lock all coolers and storage before leaving for the evening. * Decorate with various piping tips, such as star tips, leaf tips, rose petal tips and round tips. * All other duties as assigned.
