The type of work
The way it’s managed. They have the worst plant manager I have ever seen. They the President of the company is just as bad! They have a good ole boys group and if you don’t bow to them you be fired! One of the pee’s outside in public at any given time of the day by the shipping area! Or scrap on the floor in the bathroom because the stall is occupied and He’s a supervisor! Just poor management and no professional skills at all! The plant manager makes his own rules as the week goes by! No accountability if you are one of his buddies! All blame goes to one department!
